Our premises offer fully-furnished private office spaces and meeting rooms that can accommodate teams of all sizes.  We provide a functional, quiet, enjoyable, and professional space.

Work Plus is located in Brickell Avenue, the heart of Miami’s Financial and Cultural District. We are located next to the 10th street station of Miami’s free Metromover system. Also, a free trolley station is next to our building, so you can move around Miami’s downtown area at no cost.

The Metrorail Station (that takes you to and from the airport) is two blocks away. And of course, other options like Miami-Dade’s Bus system, Uber and Lyft services are easily accessible.

Work Plus offers a variety of flexible memberships from hourly and daily passes, to short and long term leases. Conference Rooms and meeting spaces are also available.

If you are looking for a virtual office we offer three alternatives as well.

All of our office spaces are fully furnished with contemporary Italian design furniture. We offer desks, chairs, filing cabinets and shelving at no extra cost! In Work Plus we do everything necessary to accommodate you and your team.

Work Plus is open 24/7 for members only. 

Non-members are welcome on regular business hours Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Yes! We have great and comfortable conference rooms and meeting rooms that are fully equipped with all the IT and projection setup necessary for your meetings.We also provide catering services upon request.

Members have monthly  hours of usage included in their membership and additional hours can be requested for a discounted price.

Half day or full day options are available for Non-members.

All utilities are included in your membership: business grade fiber optic internet and Wi-Fi, electricity and air-conditioning. We also offer complimentary coffee and tea in the lounge area. There are no hidden fees and no unpleasant surprises!

Live receptionist service during business hours is included in your membership. 

Phone services, printing services, mail & handling, cleaning services, and catering services are all available for members at great affordable prices.
